Terms and conditions of demand

A. Transport facility will be provided to the worker/employee from their residence to the

workplace.

b. Paid Leaves (annual/medical, etc) will be provided to the worker/employee as per

the Employment Contract.

c. Free Food or Food Allowance will be provided to the worker/employee.

d. Transport facility will be provided to the worker/employee from the residence to the

e. Free Accommodation or Accommodation Allowance will be provided to the worker/employee.

f. Overtime allowance will be provided to the worker/employee as per the

Employment Contract.

g. Visa will be provided to the worker/employee at the cost of the Employer.

h. Weekly off will be provided to the worker/employee.

i. To and fro air ticket will be provided for joining work and going back after

completion of the contract.

j. Weekly off will be provided to the worker/employee.

k. Adequate Life Insurance will be provided to the worker/employee during the

Employment at the cost of the Employer.

l An adequate Medical facility will be provided to the worker/employee at the cost of

Employer.

m. In case of the death of the Worker / Employee, the Employer at his cost shall

transport the mortal remains of the.

Minimum Monthly Payout (2500 AED) - Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 working days per week

⚫ 10 working hours per day

• No more than 1 order rejection per day

• No more than 2 approved annual leave applications per month

Rider Incentives & Benefits

• Incentives: starting AED 4 up to AED 13 per delivery

• Other Benefits: Visa sponsorship, medical insurance, life insurance, paid annual vacation

• Company-Provided Assets: Bike, helmet, SIM card, and other essential delivery equipment

• Tips: 100% of rider tips are paid directly to the rider

• Seasonal and promotional bonuses may be offered, subject to company policy

Accident insurance coverage through workmen's compensation insurance is provided by the company, and medical expenses will be fully covered in case of accidents during working hours and backed up with a police report

Deductions:

⚫ Unapproved leave or less than 7 hours logged in per day: AED 45 per day. Additional order rejections (beyond 1 per day): AED 13 per rejection

Key Responsibilities

1 Collect food, groceries, and other assigned orders from designated outlets and deliver them to customers within the required timeframe.

2 Operate the delivery bike safely in all weather conditions, strictly following UAE traffic laws.

3. Use GPS and digital tools to plan routes and ensure timely, efficient deliveries.

4. Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers and outlet staff to resolve any delivery-related concerns.

5. Accurately verify orders before dispatch and maintain delivery records.

6. Be prepared to work anywhere in the UAE and at any shift, based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Riders newly arriving in the UAE must obtain a valid UAE motorcycle driving license before deployment. • Rider is entitled to free accommodation and free food in the company-provided facility for the first 3 months during the duration of obtaining a bike driving license.

• Salary will begin only after deployment, following the successful acquisition of the UAE license.

Other mandatory requirements:

Basic English and Urdu/Hindi required; Arabic is a plus. Physically fit, able to lift/carry orders and ride for long hours. Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Must be flexible to work in any shift and any location across the UAE

Rider is responsible for Food, Fuel costs, accommodation (in case staying in company accommodation, charges will apply), mobile device, and driving license expenses
