How To Apply of UPSC CDS II Recruitment 

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)

1. Visit the UPSC OTR Portal.
2. Click on “New Registration”.
3. Fill in your basic details: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc.
4. Verify your details using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email.
5. Create a password to complete the OTR process. 

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

• Log in to the UPSC Online Application Portal.
• Click on “Apply Online” and select “Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025”.
• The application form is divided into two parts:

Part I Registration:

• Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and preferences for the academy and branch.
• Choose your preferred examination center.

Part II Registration:

• Pay the application fee.
• Upload scanned documents: photograph, signature, and photo ID proof.
• Agree to the declaration and submit the form.

Step 3: Print the Application Form

• After successful submission, download and print the application form for future reference.

• Scanned passport-size photograph (20 KB – 300 KB, JPG)
• Scanned signature (20 KB – 300 KB, JPG)
• Valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN, Passport, etc.)
